1) How can i cancel my escrow transaction?

Your escrow transaction will be automatically cancelled after 2 hours when you do not submit your payment to the escrow address, your information will be removed from our system right after.

2) The platform is dislaying a blank page when i start a transaction, what should i do?

If that happens, you have to just try again or refresh your browser. This happens due to the security precautions we implement.

3) Seller and buyer both want to cancel the transaction, what should we do?

Once we get the confirmation of both parties, we will refund you immidiately.

4) The seller is receiving less than what i send to the escrow, what is wrong?

We do take 2.5% of the total amount released to the seller. To avoid the seller getting less than the expected amount, always add the fee to the total amount when you start escrow.
